deBug-it®, L.L.C. will offer a variety of services to the home computer user which includes computer repairs and upgrades, computer education, home networking, internet connectivity assistance and training, preventative care plans, and a loaner program.

Computer Repairs & Upgrades

This service is the primary mission of the company and is expected to be the primary source of revenue. deBug-it®, L.L.C. will repair and upgrade internal and external components of all PC and Macintosh computers. Computers will range from standard desktop and tower models to laptops and handheld units. Any software that can be utilized by these computers will also be serviced and upgraded as requested.

Education

This service offers home tutoring, which gives our customers the opportunity to receive in home, one-on-one tutoring, from the privacy of their home. deBug-it®, L.L.C. offers courses in basic computer introduction and basic training on specific software packages (such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) as well as basic training on Internet navigation.

Home Network

This service will be offered on a consultation and proposal basis. deBug-it®, L.L.C. will offer suggestions for the small "home" based business as well as networking the customers personal computers in order to share resources such as printers, files, CD-ROMs, and Internet access.

Getting On-Line

This service provides the customer with assistance in getting onto the internet. deBug-it®, L.L.C. offers a "turn-key" package, which includes ISP selection, service plan selection, e-mail setup, and type of connection (i.e. modem, DSL, or cable modem). In other words, everything the customer needs to get on-line. This package will also include basic internet training, any hardware installation needed, and any setup associated with connecting to the internet. The customer can also receive assistance with any one of the services provided in the package.
